Every time you forget your savings card there will be a mark in your file
as an occurrence.

Action Taken :

1st Occurrence  - Verbal warning

2nd Occurrence - Customer receives letter home

3rd Occurrence - Phone call home to parent (if under age 55)

4th Occurrence - Team Conference

5th Occurrence & beyond  - Office referral customer receives detention
and parent is called

Please look at this from our point of view,  We really need  to know who
you are.  The hat just makes it easier for us to monitor you.

5th Occurrence & beyond

If you forget your card on your fifth visit and you still would like the
discount then you will be required to do the Macarena at the customer
service desk.

Also In order to receive the forgetful hat you must write a brief essay of
why you forgot your card and list what steps you will take in the future to
insure that this does not happen again.
Question : OMG I forgot my card.  I still want a discount.  What do I do now?

Answer :  In order to obtain a discount you simply wear the "Forgetful customer" hat which
will be loaned out by customer service.
