Chicago (Englewood) - Lawyers for the American Civil Liberties Union said on
Wednesday that a Illinois judge has ordered the Meddling Market to consider
discontented twin brothers for the rank of discount card benefits.

Cook County Superior Court Judge Arthur Itus required the Meddling company
to consider the applications of Phil Likesheet and his brother Luke Likesheet
for a Meddling card by March 15, despite their refusal to make an oath to
Meddling.

Part of the Meddling creed states that a Member will do his duty to Meddling
Market. Both sides are waiting for a decision from the state Supreme Court on
whether the Meddling Market must allow the customers to remain members
despite their refusal.

The Likesheets problems with the Market began in 1999 when they were
refused membership in the Meddling Market because they refused to say they
believed in Meddling.

Subsequent court decisions have upheld a permanent injunction that said the
Meddling Market can not discriminate against the customers because of their
lack of Meddling belief.
